"The Next Goal"...this theme will encorage the employees towards the future goals both at personal and at organisational level.Before showing the future prospect accolade them for what they have done and then what is to be done.The tagline you may use is.."Your Next Achievement"

Unfortunately, a theme doesn't create morale. Start building morale by engaging your sales force with a contest to name the conference. You could have contests for each region (all staff in the region can cast a vote for their favorites) and have the regions compete, etc. At the same time, ask them what problems/obstacles they have to improving their sales -- and provide solutions at the conference.

Your theme will most likely come from research, as do most creative solutions. Researching the history, people, geography, cuisine, etc will yield something.

The perseverance of the people throughout Thailand's rocky history may be a good way to go. You could make a parallel between weathering the current economic storm with their ability to survive, etc. There are lots of things to pull from when you do research.
