Help For Institute Name

Highly Institute name needed. But we are not sure exactly how can we name it. We would like to register a non-profit organization to offer consultancy, teaching, and researches as well as organizing seminars. We thought either "Institute of ICT4D Tanzania" but we are not sure. we really need your help for the best unique name and slogan. Below are hints to help you:

1. Area of expertise: Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D)
2. Location(operation area): Tanzania, & East Africa
3. Main services: Research, Training & Education, Consultancy

    Is "ICT4D" understood by everyone in your community as an acronym? If not, don't use it in your name - it'll only confuse people.

    Thanks, I think ICT4D is not much known, we are targeting much to get huge funding from European Union and other international organizations, here will be of much service.

    Since we would like to be very unique institute dealing with Information and Communication Technology and Development. I am worried that if the name will have only Technology is so general, or communication is so general again. How do you think??

    I feel that the name either should have Information Technology, or Information and communication Technology, or Information Technology for Development, I dont know exactly

    Help please!
