Name For Food Show / Convention

Planning an food show / event for restaurant owners we supply food for. It is holiday-themed...of course, we can't use the "C" word. I am having an advanced training seminar for servers / waitors as well that day. Would like to tie in graphics using a guest check / order pad. Need a name for event. Thought of "Order Up Profits This Holiday Season." Might be a bit long. That could even be a tag line with a focus on the holidays. Maybe a line out of a Christmas song?
