Tagline For Closing Of Small Ladies Clothing Store

Posted by Paticake41 on 125 Points
Upscale ladies clothing store in the south is closing and I wanted to use a more sophisticated signage to close the doors than just "store closing". In this bad economy, I see this sign way too much and it looks so generic and uncaring. It's not a happy situation, and at least needs some measure of dignity. I don't know what I am thinking of, but I'm sure you can tell it's emotionally sad for me. I don't want to bring embarrassment to the ordeal, but perhaps a happier message of exiting.

Thank you, Randall, for your kind message. You are right, skinned knees....and my spirit is bruised, but I am determined to give respect to my customers and not be just another big red sign across the windows. Again, thank you, for your kind message.

What if you worked in the phrase "on to bigger and better things" somewhere in the signage? Because even though you're sad right now about the store closing, someday you WILL be on to bigger and better things, and this is just part of the journey.
