Looking for a captivating "tag line" for a group that provides Mission response teams...assisting in disaster response as well as the widowed or elderly.

    Let's start with an understanding of what it is you want your tagline to do for you. Who is the primary target audience, and what important need of theirs do you expect to fulfill? What are you trying to communicate? How will you assess the effectiveness of the tagline?

    Who do you want to "captivate" and what do you want them to do after you've "captivated" them? What do you have to offer that will "captivate" people? Surely you don't want to just "captivate" for its own sake.
