Launching A New Product And Need A Catchy Tagline!

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
Hi everyone,

I'm the marketing director for ColorQuick, which is a software company that makes products intended to improve the way that people and businesses communicate graphically.

We are launching a new product, called Veroproof. Veroproof is a patented, remote proofing system (think color accuracy for advertising proofs) meant to make proofing more convenient for designers, photographers and ad agencies.

In addition to being a higher quality proof than they can likely generate without our technology, our system allows them to visually compare the color bar of their proof with our 'color accurate' color bar to give them the assurance that their proof really did print accurately. Finally it more convenient and less costly than running to a print shop and having them produce a contract proof.

More info at: www.veroproof.com

So here's the question:
What tagline best represents
1) Quality (and patented color matching)
2) Convenience
3) Cost Savings ?

Also, suggestions on how to market this product in a web 2.0 environment are most welcome.

Thanks for participating !!!

I think that very straight to the point taglines work in today's world. Like "Mastercard. Priceless"

    What do you think of:
    Proof. Quick. Accurate.
    Print Your Colors Right.
    Right Color. First Print.
    Accurate Digital Proofing.

As far as Web 2.0 its time to be thinking of Web 3.0. These days websites that create engaging customer experiences are the winners.

    Your website now:

    1. I learned more from your post here about what you did then I did from the homepage.
    2. The homepage should tell the story of what you do - like your post - with a "download" link following suit.
    3. When I click on the first link in the "Learning Center" nothing comes up - I imagine you are still in development.
    4. I would incorporate the technology into your own website. Perhaps when you hover over anything with color a box displays "color proof this".
    5. https://www.veroproof.com/printers.php - the explanation paragraph gets lots with no header and your eye is drawn directly to the packages - but the packages make little sense without the above paragraph
    6. On your registration page - I would use the right side to put "Calls to Action" such as "Download our Case Studies"
    7. You don't have any social media tags - "follow us on Twitter" etc.
