I am also very familiar in the construction business. Are you mainly a remodeler? Who is your target market? I would like to help as I have worked with builders, developers, remodelers, etc. and may be able to help if I get some more direction.

    Thanks,

    Hi

Thank you for the replies. See we are mainly a Construction Services Management Company. we have knowledge of all the fields in the construction industry.

We do alot of work ourselves, but we want to start outsourcing jobs that are bigger than what we can handle with our man power. However, we dont want to advertise as a outsourcing company.

We dont want to be highly specialized in any field. We want to take on any construction job we think can work for us and the client.

We do have sound technical backing from our network of contractors and engineers, so quality is what we are striving for and delivering exactly what the client wants.

Our job in the puzzle is to connect the client with the technical guys and oversee the project. (but not 'project managers').

im not sure if this makes it more clear. i hope you guys understand and will be able to assist.

    thank you

A slogan/tagline should mention a key (ideally, unique) benefit you offer your customers. Unfortunately, you haven't provided us with that piece. That means the ideas we'll generate are likely to be generic and therefore not effective for your marketing.

Someone hiring you would expect you to focus on quality and reliability as well as customer satisfaction. They don't care who does the construction work - they're depending upon you to get the job done on-time, to specification, and at (or below) the estimated cost.

Based on your past clientele, why exactly did they choose to hire you? Did they provide referrals to other clients? If so, what did they tell the referrals?

One of the things that helps when crafting a slogan/tagline is knowing the name of your company. I do understand that you do not want to narrow your market because there are lots of jobs out there for you to do. If you want to focus on quality, reliability and customer satisfaction. Maybe just go for something simple and easy.

Quality, Reliability, Customer Satisfaction, ___ Construction.
    Or
___ Construction, Quality, Reliability and Customer Satisfaction is the Foundation to good Construction.
    Or
Quality, Reliability and Customer Satisfaction is the Foundation to _____ Construction.

    I hope I have been a help.
