Branding-coming Up With A Slogan.

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
My partner and I are trying to think of a new slogan for our business and business cards. We are a clothing manufacture company specializing in women's clothing with a vintage inspired touch. We currently use "made in the U.S.A, worn all over the world" but we are thinking of doing some production overseas, due to the economy. Also we would love to incorporate our logo which has a airplane in it (that is how we came up with the old slogan). We would love any help, brainstorming, ideas, questions, or any response. Thanks Everyone!

Thanks Julia for your response and I will definitely look into that but we are finding it maybe more cost effective to do some items overseas and some here depending on the quantities. With that said, we are trying to research all avenues and find the best one for our business, customers, and community.

Also, the current logo is the company name with a small black mod airplane flying around it in a circle with a dotted line in the flight zone. Then a very thick circular line around it. So it looks like a target. On the back of the business card we have the same plane fighting underneath the slogan in a straight line (with the dotted line following it). Hopefully this description helped.

I think it's just a tiny tweak to what you have already… a tiny, but very powerful one that changes the slogan into a much more positive, punchy one…

Made in the USA, worn by the world.

or if you do get some production overseas, (which would be a shame, and means you'd loose a great selling point), it could change to

Designed in the USA, worn by the World
