Name A Quarterly Senior Center Newsletter

Posted by burnberg on 250 Points
I am director of a not-for-profit senior center now called Primeplus. No one likes to identify with the words "senior center" so our name was changed, but our newsletter needs a fresh name. Our program guide is called PrimeTime, so that is already taken. Our newsletter would celebrate our successes, share our program news, be sent to prospective donors to introduce ourselves and potentially ask for funding support. I am stuck. Can you help???? LJ

    Primary Colors
(use the idea that each of the things you do/support are central building blocks leading to colorful lives for seniors...) Where color is not just red, blue, yellow, but the things that "color our world" like friends, food, family, fun times, etc., etc. Still works with your "Primeplus" and "PrimeTime" names but will let you be a bit more metaphorical and emotional, tools you'll need to tug donors into supporting the programs.

    Best of luck :)

    Dear burnberg:
"Prime" is defined as top in importance or quality; first.

How about PrimeNews? Dovetails with the brand nomenclature PrimePlus, PrimeTime "string" and sends the message that the content is defined by new, fresh, exciting and relevant news/articles.

    Much success!

Given you'll be publishing quarterly and there are four generally-accepted seasons throughout the year - how about:

    "Seasons in Time"

Seems to resonate with / hint at aging too, without being too overt.

    How about "Prime Of Life"?
