Business Name For Hr Consulting Company

I am in the process of starting my own HR consulting business. I'm all ready to go but am struggling with a name. The business will be just myself (for now) and my focus will be on helping small businesses with various HR matters to include state/federal compliance issues, employee relations, benefits, payroll, employee management, and organizational growth. I've come up with some words but can't seem to come up with anything that has a 'ring' to it or that isn't already taken (based on google searches). Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.

    Think about the first 5 words that you want people to think of when they hear about your business. It would be helpful to see the words you've already come up with. Feel free to call me if you would like to chat.

    Here are some of the words I came up with

    Innovative
    Dependable
    Reliable
    Organizational Growth
    Strategic
    Human Capital
    Human Capital Resources
    New
    Smart
    Management

    I guess I can just use my last name (Austin) and something such as Associates, Advisors, Consulting etc. I was trying to brainstrom something that sounded fresh and appealing. But in the end my work will make the name rather than the name making my work!

    * Small HR Consultants

    For your business name, how about:

    One Man Power

    One Manpower

    Personal Personnel

    HR One

    HROne
