Slogan For A Tourist Lodge.

www.terracelodge.com needs a slogan / USP.

What is our core message to our audience?
Here you [guest] can relax and reinvigorate since "Terrace" is comfortable (but reasonably priced). Since the Andean climate at 3,500 meters can be hard to many clients it is necessary to rest well in a comfortable place, where you will be assisted and advised about "do's & dont's".

What is the desired outcome?
To convince prospects that they will need to stay at "Terrace" since competitors do not take care of their clients (it is true!). Altitude sickness -if not treated- can ruin your vacation and result in a waste of time and money.

Key benefits?
"Terrace" offers comfort, services and assistance you really need in order to stay in good shape and enjoy the days you will spend around the area.

It differs from its competition because:
-"Terrace" pamper its guests.
- Guests sleep comfortably and wake up relaxed and recharged.

Media to be used:
web site and printed media (flyers and ads on maps/guides).

I came out with something like "Relaxing & Recharging Comfort". What do you think? What do you suggest? The slogan must be in English and understandable by foreigners too, since tourist come from many countries.

    Hi Phil and thanks for your honest comment. Probably I had to say that the Lodge is working but not ready at 100%, especially for the exteriors (garden etc). It is winter now and nothing (grass, plants ecc) will grow till next spring.

    If you are concerned about the desertic look I agree, but I had to show guests what they will find, even if not everything is ready and glittering. We are anyway talking about a place where Terrace Lodge represents the best, at least in customers care, and everything works. I don't know if you have ever visited remote areas in South America.

    Photo can be changed and the landscape will change in a few months but we need the slogan now. We are not in Paris or Bora Bora and most visitors are travellers and explorers. What guests ask are hot water, private bathroom with hot water, heating, cleanliness, tranquillity and PC connected to Internet. At the moment only "Terrace" offers all this.
    Forget that photo for a moment and see if a good slogan comes out. Thanks and regards.
