Unique Tagline For Human Resources Consulting Firm

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hello,
I keep returning to thsi site as I search for tagline info on the net. I like your responses and need some help.
I am looking for a unique tag line. Businesses in my industry (HR, Safety, Payroll) tend to overuse words or phrases like "your solution, your resource, your source, etc..". I want to differentiate myself by sending a clear message to small and medium sized business owners that they NEED my service to maintain compliance with California's complex and always changing employment laws. When people see my card "Golden State Employer Services" they always ask what I do. THey think bookeeping or coaching...I would like my tag line to grab them and briefly explain what I do. My website is www.goldenstatees.com if you would like to check it out. Thanks for any and all ideas!

I really like that you listed "California" in the tag-line. Listing the state name is important to me. What do you think about some of these (rough!) ideas...

    Innovative Human Resource Compliance Solutions

    Compliance. Recruitment. Development. Retention.

The message I want to send business owners is that HR is not overhead but a requirement.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

    Thanks again.

    How about this:

Specializing in California Employer Compliance Regulations

Specializing in (or Specialists In) California Employer Compliance Regulations tells me what you do, but not the key benefit of why I should care. What's the #1 reason businesses need you (if you're unsure, ask some of your existing/past clients why they chose you)? Focus on the key benefit first.
