Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

I need help in making a tag line for a new medical charity/foundation that I am a part of. The "parent" company is a spine surgery center where we do neck and back surgeries and the foundation Will be paying for surgeries at our center as well as other health care needs for people in the community. The tag line for our parent company is "Get your life back". The mission of the new foundation is: to support funding of a variety of medical treatments, including surgeries for those without sufficient medical insurance coverage or financial ability. The goal is to help individuals gain access to state-of-the-art technology and first-class procedures at Centers of Excellence they couldn’t otherwise afford. Please help!
