Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

I need to think of a name or brand for our wellness program that we will soon be rolling out. Our company manages skilled nursing facilities and short term rehabilitation centers. Our Motto is "Caring for a lifetime" We often reward employees for committing to memory and living out our Mission through a program called "I know it, I live it". The wellness program is for the staff at the corporate office, or "Support Center" but depending on its success could also be rolled out to the Skilled Nursing Facilities. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
