Need A Tagline For It Consulting Company

I recently started an IT consulting company called Upward Call Consulting. I'm having trouble coming up with a tag line. My business focuses on working with small & medium sized businesses providing complete managed IT services. It is a proactive approach to maintenance and systems management.

Managed services for desktops has been a long-ignored demand. We will provide you with preventive maintenance for desktops and laptops.
•Server Solutions
Keeping business servers in full and efficient operation is mission critical for managed services providers. With our server solutions, we will meet your most stringent service-level requirements with little or no investment in additional equipment or staff.

    (Aside: Can you explain the meaning of your business name (Upward Call Consulting)? It's always a bonus to tie in the business name with the tagline.)

    Hmm, none of that is really telling me why I should use your services. What do you save me? Time? Money? You need to say it in "civilian" terms, not IT pro terms.

    What are your clients worried about? Losing data? Downtime? Viruses? The Blue Screen of Death? Spending way too much money on systems that don't work? Spending money on consultants who don't know a gigabyte from a giraffe?

    Businesses don't look for "managed services for desktops," they look for computers that work when they want them to.

    Stop computer problems before they start.
    Network support that won't let you down.
    Tame your technology.

    I really like the ideas you both posted. Nothing really gets at exactly what I think I want (which is hard to put into words). As far as your questions (jkaplan), I have some more clarification. I just put a little snippet up before. Hopefully this will help.
