Homemade Treats At A Sweet Price

I'd first like to know who's your target market.
Once we know that, then we can narrow down what most appeals to that group. Perhap your TM is the health-conscience working mom who wants to treat her family without breaking the budget. If so, then your tag line could be something like, "So light. So sweet. Umm...Its the perfect treat.".

I thought about saying something like "A tasty piece of heaven at a price you can affoard." But I believe if you live by the price, you'll die by the price. Price just isn't something I'd want to hang my hat on b/c it varies (depending on fluctuating supply costs and competition). Find other more controllable niches and hang your hat on them. Things you can control are the taste being the best around, the atmosphere/way they feel when they enter your bakery, and health benefits (so sweet, yet so healthy).
