I have a client who is a Realtor in a lake area outside a major city. People come there to retire or have a vacation home. Some actually live there and communte.
He has 2 10x10 billboards and 1 10x24 going into the area - there is one road into this area. Then there is one 10x10 coming back out of the area, right before you drive out onto the main road again. His office is across the street where you come out onto the main road.
He likes these tag lines already:
Welcome Home! (10x24 and 1 of the 10x10's)
You're Home (10x10)
He wants another tagline for the exiting 10x10.
Something like:
Come Back Soon!
Ya'll Come Back! (we're in Texas)
