We can help with the name, but you need to give us more information first.

Who is your target audience? Where do they live? Where is your salon/spa? What is the most important need of theirs that you address? Why should they trust you? What makes you different from, and better than, other spas in your area? How does your target audience make the decision to use a particular spa? How are they going to learn about you?

The name shouldn't be mostly about what you're trying to push at people. It should be about what they need and why you're the right person to satisfy that need.

Luscious (or Lush) Lashes

Lusciousness

Luxurious Lashes

As a nod to legendary actress Bette Davis and Kim Carnes (singer):

Betty Davis Eyes
B. Davis Eyes
(may be trademarked...)

Sweeps (as in the extension tecnique sweeps the lashes to enhance them...)

There is a place here in Dallas with several locations called The Lash Lounge. Not that you would use that name, but it's pretty straight forward and a trendy name. You could do The Lash Spa or Lash Out or The Lash Bar.
