Vacation Rental Agency Tagline For Gay Audience

I am working on an ad for a rental agency that caters to the gay audience, I am looking for a powerful catch phrase, the company offers property rentals and management, canyou help, im blocked!

    To do a good job on a tagline, we need to know more than what you've shared so far.

    Let's start with the name of the company. It's almost impossible to create a tagline if you don't know what the company name is. After all, the tagline accompanies or explains the company name, right?

    Next, what is the positioning benefit you're trying to communicate? Gay-friendly isn't a benefit; it's a feature. Why should a gay prospect patronize your client? What's in it for them? What's the BENEFIT?

    Next, where does the target audience live? Are they all over the world, all over North America, local, other? Just because the property and/or the client is in one place, your target audience doesn't have to be there. Or is this strictly a walk-in bricks-and-mortar establishment in PV (or elsewhere)? Or is it an e-business only? Do they have a telephone number?

    And how does the target audience learn about the client? Do you have a marketing plan in place? If so, it would be helpful to know more about it.

    And who is the competition? What makes your client different from, and better than, others in the same business? Is there a reason someone should prefer your client?

    Give us more information and we'll come up with a winning tagline. If you don't, it's unlikely we'll be of much help to you.

    Firstly the name of the company is Venitians Property rental & management, the logo includes drapes with the gay colors.

    There are many rental agencies that offer the exact same service and all promote the same promises. this company offers the same services as well but they offer less, because they are starting the buisiness in the next two months.

    The target audience is US and Canada 35 to 55 and the gay audience that rents properties need the following: Security, Feeling of independence, Feel like you are home, freedom in general to hold hand, kiss and not worry about being judged by others, afterall, they are on vacation.

    This ad will be in a local gay magazine, so people reading the ad will have rented the vacation space already, we need to convince them to use this company next time they visite.

    there is no need to imply something sexual to eliminate groups but the tagline will give the direction of what visual I could use which probably be gay oriented.
