How Does This Name/tagline Grab You?

I am new to business and trying to finalize my business name, tag line and escaltor pitch. Any constructive feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Name: Food 4 Thought Nutrition

Tagline: Empowerment through Education

Escaltoar pitch: Let us KISS your mind. Good nutrition is easier than you think and we Keep it Super Simple. Food 4 thought, Empowerment through Education.

    What are you selling? Nutrition counseling (are you an RD)? Nutritional supplements, diet pills, creating custom diets/menus for your clients, or teaching people how to cook?

    The reason I ask is it's unlikely that most people are looking for "empowerment through education" - they are looking for solutions to their problems. So, whose problems are you helping to solve (and how)?
