Naming Of A Dental Office

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
I am trying to pick a name for a new dental practice? I am in a Large metropolitan city with a suburb about 1 mile away.

Want some feedback from consumers on names that I have original thought of.
Hometown Family Dentistry
Hometown Smiles Family Dentistry
52 Pearls with tagline Hometown Family Dentistry
Open for suggestions also.

    I assume that by 52 Pearls you mean the number of teeth we have?
    That may be too obscure a reference for non-dentists.

    How about Pearly White Dentistry?

    Unless the suburb is named "Hometown", I wouldn't use that in your business name. Use the name of an actual physical town, geographical structure, your (last) name, etc. "52 Pearls" is too abstract, as Jodi mentions. Other ideas:

    * Bright Smile Dentistry
    * No More Cavities Dentistry
    * Pain-Free Dentistry Clinic

    If you are the only dentist and it is your practice, I would suggest you use your own name, with DDS, PC after it.

    If you are practicing with other dentists, you might want to use the name of the city. So, if you're in, Short Hills, it would be:

    Short Hills Dental Associates, or Short Hills Dental Group, PC.

    I think you'll attract more and better clients that way.

    (I like Healthy Smiles and Brite Smiles, but they sound like
    places that focus on Tooth Whitening)
