Tag Line Help

Hello Marketers,

I'm having a hard time to come up with a tag line for my company. The company name is Ground Floor Property Management. We specialize in managing properties with 4 units and under. I named the company Ground Floor because I am also a real estate investor and always had a hard time finding good management for my small buildings. Most of our clients are investors that are getting into their 4th or 5th property and things are getting a little overwhelming and need help. I feel that I am providing a service to people starting out on the 'ground floor' of their real estate investment careers.

I want my tag line to appeal to owners that need help to take their portfolio to the next level. Let them concentrate on building wealth and let us take care of the day to day grind of managing rental properties.

    Why not keep it simple:

    Specializing in properties with under 5 units

    Something along this thinking?

    I agree with the going up...
    that's exactly what I thought of when I saw your company name.

    I would try to use a tagline that moves the brain right from the ground floor to the penthouse type of thinking. You don't want to leave your owners on the ground floor, your aim is to help them achieve success and get out of the basement so-to-speak.

    Ride the elevator up with Ground Floor Property Management

    Take the steps to success with Ground Floor Property

    Move into the elevator with Ground Floor Property

    Ground Floor Property
    Helping you take the steps to success


    Something like that... exactly what I'm looking for isn't coming to me, I'll post again if I get it.

    If anyone could add to this line of thought, that would be greatly appreciated. Some keywords could be:

    - owner
    - portfolio
    - real estate
    - steps
    - level
