Need Name For New Real Estate Brokerage

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I have been a Realtor for 22 year and just left RE/MAX after 16 years. I have built my business through repeat client sales. My is Carol Luthi, and I think my last name could be a problem for a Real Estate company. I too do not think experienced agents will want to join my company under my personal name and I do want a few good agents. I enjoy the interaction and exchange of ideas and energy from other agents.
My slogan is "Home is the Heart of your Investment".
I would really appreciate any name ideas. I am a creative, open person and want to sound professional and not too far out there. With Appreciation, Carol

    Hi Carol,
Try this apps for Iphone, https://www.thebrandgenerator.com, its a real tool to generate (intelligent) brand names.
For exemple, you put Home in the field, and after you select which kind of positioning you want to have for your brand (there is 22 positionning). The apps will generate semantic items added to Home, wich express the positioning you choosed.
This apps is the same as used by the Brand Naming Agencies !

    Hello Carol,

I don't think your surname is RealEstate problem.
Might even by a great ID>

My son is a musician who also wants to one day make fine stringed intruments - a Luthier. Perhaps there is something in that for you as a Logo and may help you be remembered for 'building quality' investment selections over the years...Do you play music? There is a natural harmony between investment and finding comfort is that your skill set?

Your Tagline is 'nice' but could belong to anyone, anywhere and really doesn't entice contact or answer any needs for clients. What strikes a 'chord' for most buyers that you offer, experience obviously, ....more?
    Any closer with this?

Like Steve said above Find Your Song and sing it.
    Link it with clients desire/needs.

    GLuck.

Thank You for responding to my quest for a company name. I do like the word "professionals" to be included in the name. I live in Louisville, KY and have seen many names that seem over use in our area, Bluegrass, River City, Derby City....
I do think my last name is difficult because most people pronounce it as Lou-thigh and the correct pronunciation is Lou-thee.

I'm not sure that I have clicked the correct response and apologize if I've not followed protocol. Best, Carol

Why not use your initials: CL Real Estate Professionals (to avoid the problems w/pronunciation?)
