Niche Market Business Name

I've recently stumbled into a niche market of real estate representing municipalities in real estate transactions. My services can be performed throughout the State of Texas and I'm ready to start advertising in municipal publications, I'm just no good at creating a business name unless it has my last name in it! Any help/ideas would be appreciated.
