How Do It And Ites Companies Uses Branding?

Ho do IT and ITES companies brand themselves and how does thins branding work for them to diffrentiate their near identical services. Moreover has the branding been of any advantage to them in the global recession senario??

    Dear aaronscoolest,

    When it comes to Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services the things that differentiate one nearly identical service from another often have little, if anything to do directly with branding.

    So, the things that set one company apart from another could be:

    The way they treat their customers—do customers feel empowered?

    The speed of service and solution delivery—is service swift and trouble free?

    Their ability to offer monthly trouble-shooting—do they look after people?

    Their reliability—do they do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it?

    Their prices and their guarantees—can they offer bullet proof services for all budgets?

    Do they offer peace of mind?
