Need A Tagline For An Internal It Dept

Value proposition:
1) Reduced cost
2) Better solutions
3) Improved service
4) Improved governance

    Who is the target for the tagline? Management, or line workers?

    What problem does the Internal IT Dept solve versus an outsourced solution?

    How is IT support perceived, generally? How do you want to change that perception?

    I like Levon's tagline.

    I also agree with Chris -- knowing the tagline's target and purpose would help us to create a meaningful phrase for you. Tell us more.
