Naming/branding A Chic/creative Baking Company

Thank you for any help you can offer. My dilemma is how to create a top-shelf baking company -- with luscious tastes and beautiful presentation and style -- with no start-up money.

I make pretty, elegant, funky cakes and baked goods. (Mostly cakes). I need to make money at this, and from my research the way to do that is to expand into marketing shipable cakes/sweets for corporate distribution, get my sweets into hotels/restaurants, and do wedding cakes and big event cakes.

I also need to find a kitchen from which to work that is approved for food safety. I My competition presents itself well and has a ton of experience, however they are pretty conservative in their output.

I need a name -- I like Many Moons Cake Company, because it is slightly whimsical yet hopefully it is memorable. Other posts had recommended that the name should start with Cake or Artisan.

I recently made a great cake -- I had 2 helpers and all of us worked 5 hours at it and at $20/hour for labor I should have been paid at least $300, and it was a child's birthday cake and for that people in central Massachusetts will pay $30-$40. I have to do something differently!

Thank you for any help -- I have ads on Craigslist looking for a kitchen and looking to work in the baking field too, but I really want to do my own thing.

    Second question first.

    Many Pizza joints don't even open until lunch. Big ovens!
    Approach and ask for early morning access for a small fee under their business umbrella. I like 5-10 am, better hours for a balanced life than overnight..

    Partner with schools for fund raising campaigns.
    This gets your product out there and gives you experience with many layers of retail.

    You will discover the right name as your Plan comes together.

    For exemple, you put your key concept in the field (Maybe CAK or BAK), and after you select which kind of positioning you want to have for your brand . For you, maybe TASTY positioning can be OK or TRENDY, or PROXIMITY) . Or try others. (there is 22 positioning in pro version)
    The apps will generate semantic items added to key concept, wich express the positioning you choosed.
