Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

Our Home Inspection Company; Loreto Home Inspections, is in a small town on Mexico's Baja Peninsula. We are trying to break into a market, which is largely dominated by another inspection company. We bring the same set of tools, skills & experience as the other company in play. Our company is made up of 3-Inspectors/Owners, one a Project Engineer, myself who managed warranty & new home delivery for a developer for the past 4-years, and a Canadian licensed electrician/General Contractor.

Our home inspections are for New Home Delivery, Warranty, Re-Sale, & prior to purchase. Our pricing is competitive and our inspection structure is simpler than the competitions and each home inspection includes more components than our competitors. Our reports are far better than anything be offered by the other company (I know as I’ve been on the receiving end of our competitor’s reports.

Another big thing we have to achieve (& overcome with our competition) is a sense trust with our customers, but I don't want to use the word trust in the tag line, I think that's something better said in testimonials, the words trust, better, best etc. seem a bit of a stretch as we are knew in the market.

I believe our UPS is two-fold (1) that we are not embedded with any of the contractors used in this town - i.e.) the other inspection company is also a home builder, and is inspecting houses built with the same contractors they employ for building. They have also aligned themselves with the Developer as both a preferred inspector and part of the Developer's organization. In my mind this really creates a conflict of interest for them; which at this point their clients are not yet savvy too...as you can imagine this other company really can't give a fair and honest report on a home built by a contractor they are working with on other projects. (2) we (owners/inspectors) personally do each our inspections, and do not hand them off to low-level employees (which is oft the case here).

I don't want to disparage our competition, so I'm looking for a tag line which will allude to our independence and personal commitment as a home inspection company.
