Catchy Name For A Patient Support Campaign

I am looking for a name for a patient assistance program. The program is aimed at providing moral support as well as general information to cancer patients. I want it to be a name which they connect with or which has a feel good factor.

    Thanks all of you for your ideas..i like helping hands but someone already is using it..Can you think of some more..
    The idea to the patients would be " share all your concerns, doubts, anxieties and receive personalized attention, information and moral support to get through the difficult treatment phase"
    Please help me with a few more..

    I still dunno if the masses will relate to it..The program is going to be initiated in India and its for cancer patients from across all economic strata

    Or what if i just call it "Your counsellor"
