Social Club Looks To Spark Interest In 100th Year

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
We are a small social club entering our 100th year this year. We would like to celebrate our centennial with, among other things, a big blowout party. We are looking for any good clever tag lines to use that identify this milestone and generate interest. We are interested in both appealing to our current members to celebrate the centennial by attending the party, and also looking to attract as many new members as possible. Any ideas would be welcome.

If it were up to me only, I'd minimize the 100-year thing and focus on how much fun the party will be, what a great time everyone will have, and why this club is so much better than/different from other clubs in the area.

Who cares if your club is 100 years old? Since when is the age of a club one of the important criteria for joining or supporting a social club?

I agree with Michael. Perhaps tie in the 100th year by having people dress up with vintage clothing from 1910, dance with 1910 music, show 1910 movies, etc.
