    is there a better word than habitational/ Or is that common nomenclature in your market?

    I should have specified this is a B2B ad. To the real world, they call it apartment insurance, condo association insurance, etc.

    As long as your audience identifies with it. Don't let a prospect delete you because of a 25cent word!

    I'm assuming that your audience knows the word habitational. (It's new to me.) Whitepaper titles that "work" usually follow the same patterns as blog paper titles the "work" -- think about what makes you "click".

    A few suggestions are here. They probably sound cheesy, but that's because they're familiar patterns that work.

    Ten Easy Ways to Win in the Habitational Market
    Succeed Now in the Habitational Market
