Name For A New Small Business

I am in the process of forming a LLC in HR consulting and have hit a brick wall for a company name. I will specialize in HR consulting for small businesses and love the name, HR Solutions. The problem -- another company in the area has that name. I can't use my last name -- Thornton HR Consulting -- afraid businesses will think it is a division of Grant Thornton.

Any ideas will be truly appreciated.
