Tagline For Student Living Apartment Complex

I am trying to find a fitting tagline to a student living apartment complex and would appreciate "fresh eyes" to the problem. It is an apartment complex situated near a huge shopping district and 10 or so minutes from the large state university and nearby community college. We offer top of the line amenities but are having problems convincing the college students to actually live "off campus". We do have a shuttle that buses them in and out.

The complex is named 88 West (88-west.com) and needs a refreshing and appealing tagline!

Any ideas would be lovely. Thanks!
