Theme To Follow Innovation Through Automation

My company is a steel manufacture for the utility industry and has been expanding. Last year we used a theme of "Innovation Through Automation" due to all of the advances in the new machinery that was being purchased. This coming year we want to push the importance of our "people". We want it to follow the same philosophy of working smarter not harder. I need something to go along with the Innovation Through Automation that really puts an emphesis on our employess.
