Need Tagline For Property Management Company

I need a tagline for a newly formed Property Management company. They have been in the business for over 20 years but have restructured and renamed the business "Mo2 Properties". They are family-owned (two brothers) and manage multi-family and commercial (office/mixed-use) properties. Want to highllight our experience/track record but most importantly want focus on people/service.

    Phil - Thanks for your response. To clarify, they had no choice but to change names. There was a disolution of the original business partnership and that was part of their legal agreement. The owners last name is Motew which is where the Mo2 Properties came from. The company name may be new but the owners names are well known.

    Why not use a straightforward tagline, such as:
    Excellence In Property Management Since 1990
