JUST FORMED A REALTOR TEAM AND NEED A CATCHY
SLOGAN. THERE ARE 3 OF US LADIES. OF COURSE THIS IS A BUSINESS, BUT... OUR MAIN GOAL IS MAKING THE REAL ESTATE PROCESS EASY AND UNCOMPLICATED FOR THE BUYER/SELLER AND TO MAKE A FRIEND FOR LIFE, COMMISSION IS NOT OUR #1 MOTIVATION.
WOULD LOVE ANY IDEAS.

    Dear deannakholman,

The first thing you need to do is unstick your caps lock button.

The second thing you need to do is dismiss any and all notions of anything—ANYTHING—"catchy".

"Catchy" is a marketing plague; a virus; a pestilence; a blight.

Catchy is not a selling strategy.

This is the fifth or sixth question I've answered in two days about avoiding the term "catchy" and I'm beginning to think there's some kind of plot.

Personally, I don't think you can have something that's catchy
and that's also uncomplicated for the client. The two thoughts are mutually exclusive: they cannot occupy the same space and still work.

You also need to tell us more about your company, the names of the main partners, the market you serve, residential, commercial, rentals, expensive, moderately priced, executive. McMansions? Apartments? Condos? Family homes?

Where are you? Who do you serve? How long have you been in business? Do you sell locally, regionally, state-wide, nationally? Do you have all kinds of contractors and sub contractors working with you, for you, or that you can recommend?

All of this extra detail can help build a clearer picture of you, your company, and what you all want to do.

    I hope this helps.

Deanna - When it comes time to buy/sell a house, I'm not looking for a team of people to befriend me. I'm looking for someone with the wisdom to discern my needs, know the available supply pool, and skills to negotiate on my behalf to save me money. That's all (and that's plenty, given the amount of money on the table). Unless your team is helping to invest in the house or if you're willing to work for free, you're not really in the friendship business.

Based on your initial question, it seems that you'd like to target either the first-time/nervous buyer/seller for a house. So given that, here are a couple of ideas for you:
    * We Calm Nervous Buyers/Sellers
    * Real Estate Isn't Scary For Us.

I don't know your name so it makes it harde to tagline.

    Where friendships come to life
    Where friendships matter
Where you can make yourself at home
    There's no place like home
Home is where the heart is
    Giving a helping hand
