...located where?
...staffing what types of positions?
...for what types of companies?
...specializing in what services?

We'll need a lot more information about your company to better help you with a tagline.

Just out of curiosity, what's a "cache word?" I think I understand what you want -- a slogan -- but the "cache word" thing threw me for a loop.

I'm guessing the OP meant "catch phrase" - a catchy tagline / memorable slogan.

Agree - it would help to know more about the business, it's niche and its customers, etc.

I would modify bgrebow's suggestion to
"We're there for you"

More generic ones (sans more info about the question):

- When you can't do it all yourself

- Your helping hand
