Need A Real Estate Slogan

As a female who has spent 4 yrs as a realtor I would like to target a new demographic area of condo living singles between 25 to 35 yrs of age. My goal is to come up with catchy slogans for them to sell there condo's with me.

How should I approach this market without sounding like the usual agents (#1, the best, condo king, sell in 30 days etc)?

I guess I need a break through slogan that might add shock value (something that reflects professionalism and being the ultimate socialite) HELP

    -Experience is Here, Making Condos Disappear

    -We are what you want

    -Condos Sold from New to Old

    Jay I like the advice to add more wisdom but I don't want to throw a bunch of stats at my audience, I'm not sure if that's what you were suggesting. However, would love to hear more about how I could reach my target market in your approach.

    Mccurley, thank you for the slogan ideas. I like "Don't Fret, Your Condo Sale is Set" . But I guess I should be more specific. The condo's are by a lakeshore and they are prime real estate for young professional's.

    Love the ideas keep them coming.
