Business School Course - Name For Programme

Help...! I need to translate this title: "The Commercial Property Transaction Landscape" into something sexier and fun..... Any ideas ? ?

The course is being run by the University of Cape Town's GSB (Graduate School of Business). I am the programme director, and would very much appreciate any help in taking my very grey and dull interpretation of the program content to a different level.     Can you describe what the student will learn, what the prerequisites are, the program content, and how this class fits into their larger learning?

    "Mind Your Commercial Property" - This plays off the learning aspect and the opportunity to "engage with some of the most successful minds in the business".

    "Commercial Property Transactions For Smarties" - This plays off the line of books "....for Dummies", except you're appealing to people who are smart and want to be smarter.

    Here are a few thoughts on a sexier approach:

    TITLE:

    "How To Legally and Ethically Sell More Commercial Real Estate, Make More Money, and Have More Fun."

    Program description:

    The thing here is that people need to come out of this course feeling like Donald Trump. They want facts, "how to" guides, advice on pitfalls, and details on how to do a better job legally, ethically, and personally.
