Real Estate One Stop Shop Tagline/slogan

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
Ok, I have started a real estate company and I need help with a tagline for my business card. I have a copy writer who helps with all of my stuff and we've come up with most of the info for the website but I'm not positive on the business card. The reason being is that we're trying to do something a little different - we have a one stop real estate company but I think calling it one stop shop is tacky. We have a mortgage company, title company, attorney, builder, home inspector, landscaper - basically everything to do with real estate all under one roof in our office! There are a few other real estate companies in the area and I don't want people to think "just another real estate comapny". So when they see the card I want them to know we offer everything. We have a bunch of ideas we threw around like: all inclusive, all under one roof, full service, convenient but I just can't find the right wording to sound professional and different. I really like the word "unique". It has to be short enough to fit on the business card. Thank you in advance!

Further to Phil's point, it would really help to know the name of your company. Not only because it would tell us what words do NOT need to be repeated in your tagline, but also because it might spark some wordplay or word association ideas.

That said, here are some ideas:

    ABC REAL ESTATE
Complete Service From Purchase to Landscaping

    ABC REAL ESTATE
    Buy, Build, Mortgage, Move In

    ABC REAL ESTATE
Taking You From 'Looking' to 'Moving'

    ABC REAL ESTATE
Everything You Need to Get Your Dream Home

And, while I think of it, maybe A-Z REAL ESTATE works better ...

Thank you for the responses so far. The name of the company is Rank Realty - Rank is my last name.

so these companies are in your building? do you own them and are they part of your company or are they just renting space in hopes of obtaining affiliated business? that makes a big difference.

something like "one call does it all".

I do not own the other companies, just the real estate brokerage. But they do not pay rent in hopes of business. Every company is part of my exclusive network based on research and customer relations, not just any old company that wanted to be involved. All calls can go directly through the real estate so we handle it all or the companies can be contacted directly. So far I like the Comprehensive Service Provider....it sounds the most professional. But still holding out for a little bit to see if anyone else has something to offer. Thank you

Do you mind clarifying this abit?

So are these companies actaully in your office building or are they just part of a "network" that you have put together and if someone needs a service you refer them? And if they are in your building... they don't pay rent? Do they pay you or the companies themselves?

The way you posted the original question made it sound like you owned these and everything is under one roof. I think that it makes a difference on how you present this via a tagline so it doesn't come back to bite you later. Just trying to determine how it would actually play out in real life knowing the RESPA and CBA (controlled business arrangement) guidelines.

I do not own any of the companies except for the real estate. I am an employee of the mortgage company. The other services are all seperately owned but are all under one roof. I have built an office where all these companies have offices within. So we offer all the services inside one building.
