Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

Why do you feel the need for a tagline? What do you expect it to do for your business? Are you concerned about something in your name? What do you want the tagline to communicate?

Usually a tagline is used to communicate an emotional benefit when the name tells what you do, or tells what you do when it's not immediately obvious from the name.

In your case, it looks like the name tells what you do, so the question becomes, "What's the emotional benefit for your clients?" If we knew what that is, it would be a whole lot easier to come up with a tagline.

Any clever ideas? If we interviewed a bunch of satisfied clients, what would they say about you and your company? How would they describe their feelings about working with you?

And who are these clients? Where do they live? What are they expecting when they come to you? How do they even find out you exist? Why do they choose you instead of a competitor?

We can definitely come up with some tagline suggestions for you, but it will help a lot if you can answer these questions and let us know how you'll be evaluating the suggestions. How will you know a winner when it shows up?
