I do Luxury Foreclosures and Short Sales in Sandy Springs I need a tag line that
uses the concept journey, steps, coach.

    Why not say the obvious: "Specializing In Luxury Foreclosures and Short Sales" (or, "Sandy Spring's Certified Distressed Property Expert")? Either one will tell people at a glance who your ideal client will be. The words that appeal to you (journey, steps, coach) don't really focus on the key benefit you offer your clients.
