Real Estate New Year's Ad Tagline

I am working on a print ad for this New Year's weekend and am having trouble coming up with a short (4-6 words) heading for the ad that will be catchy but also relate to the New Year and incorporate real estate, even if in a double entendre or pun.

    What type of real estate are you trying to sell? Where? To who?

    The more we know about the business the more likely we can suggest something that will serve you well.

    Go To Bed With Your Skis On? Oh, gosh, that would be very inconvenient, Jay! It was very creative, for sure. Less Green won't be very popular during the era of GREEN, I am sure.

    I would focus on the beauty of Colorado mountains, heavenly getaway, something close to skies, something immaculate, and at the same time strong.

    Get Away in White? ....
