Hi, we are creating a Brochure for a Residential & Commercial Project. it is a 3 story luxury apartments building with commercial shops on ground level. What we are looking for is a creative Tag-line which narrate the value of Living & Business together.

    Hi - is the brochure aimed at the commercial people or the prospective residents? Or investors?

    What's the name of the project?
    Where is it located?
    What is the benefit to residents to have commerce so close? What is the benefit of the business renters to have residents so close?
    Will the business cater to the residents?
