Who are your customers? What are they looking for in a restaurant? How frequently do they eat at restaurants? Who is your competition? How do they decide where to eat?

Next, why are you changing names? What's wrong with Baba Foods? What are you looking for that is different? How will you know when the right name shows up? What criteria will you use to evaluate possible names?

Then, how will people learn about your restaurant? Are you appealing mostly to people who walk past the restaurant, or do you advertise and expect people to find you that way?

If you have not talked with your customers (and prospective customers), I'd suggest you do so. This is the best kind of market research, because it taps into the minds of the very people who will make you successful (or not).

Interview a dozen people in your target audience. Ask high-gain questions and listen to what they say -- even to the words they use -- and take detailed notes. After you have completed a dozen good interviews, look at your notes. You'll be amazed at how much good information you'll have.
