1. Sell the benefit -- even the end-benefit or end-end-benefit -- rather than the "affordable" feature. Affordable is a nice feature to have, but you certainly don't want it to be your main reason for being.

2. "Catchy" may not be the right goal. Names that communicate a clear benefit do much better than catchy names. You might want to think about the unique and important benefit you promise (and deliver) and let us find a way to communicate that in a memorable way.

3. Have you put together a marketing plan yet? How will people find out about you? Where do they learn about groomers and self-wash locations?

4. Who exactly is in your primary target audience? Where do they live? How do they decide on grooming for their pets? What are they doing today? What do you know about them other than that they probably live within 10 miles of your location?

5. What's the most compelling reason why they should patronize your new business?
