Looking For A Team Name

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I work under a broker and recently partnered with another agent in my office. We are both female. We specialize in the foreclosure niche of real estate and want to market to banks, but also need to market to buyers and sellers as foreclosures are cyclical. We have impeccable follow up, we're as organized as can possibly be and we know our markets and values like the back of our hands. We're both young, one blonde one brunette. While looks have helped us get where we are, its who we are that keeps us there. I'm the business model guru while she is the 'long term effect' thinker. We've both been walked on and taken for granted by past employers way too much, and we want to change that for the people we work with. We want to wow people with our level of experience and knowledge and organizational/listening skills. I think way outside of the box when it comes to how to do business and am always coming up with new ways to make it work more efficiently and be of more value to my clients. She keeps me balanced and ensures that my crazy ideas don't carry us down a road of distraction. We want to be the next super star realtors, but not for the sake of the fame, for the egotistical boost of making others happy. Any ides on a team name that would appeal to both buyers and sellers? We can add REO to the end of anyname we do and also use that when marketing to banks.

You have the right idea for delivering high value and letting your reputation be broadcast by satisfied clients. That's the way to establish your brand. There's no team name (or tagline) that can do a better job than that.

Recognizing this, you still need a team name, right? So how about picking up on some local landmark, city name, or other "inside" reference that will reinforce your familiarity with the market. Something, perhaps, like "Crown City Specialists," or "Middletown Masters" (using your city name), or "Team Tiger" (if the local team is the Tigers).

The idea is to pick a reference to the location or a local landmark that will "marry you" to the area.
