Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

I work for a Chicago non-profit that is a consortium of ethnic museums and cultural centers, and we need a catchy name for our first major fundraiser. The event will feature performances and food from a lot of different ethnic/cultural communities in Chicago. We want to capture the multi-cultural aspect, and convey that it will be an elegant but fresh (unstuffy) event. Initial thoughts were to do a festival/street fair theme (Chicago is known for summer street fairs). "Small World Chicago" or "Chicago World's Fair" are some initial name ideas. Thanks for your help!
