Brainstorming On The Right Word

A couple of weeks back i had posted a question asking for suggestions on what could be the theme for FY:10:11

While impACT seems to be in the shortlist & the below tag line seems to be the consideration

The first half (Exploring boundaries) is not connecting with the Theme IMPACT

Exploring Boundaries, Working Smarter

Can someone suggest a better alternative to go along with Working smarter & rhyming as well

    Dear vasudev_kamath.

    What is FY:10:11? You need to put things in context here: what's fresh in your memory (because you're invested in it) is NOT fresh in KHE contributor memories.

    The more specific detail you can give, the better your answer will be.

    FY:10:11 stands for Financial Year 10:11

    Here's a RECAP:-

    In 2010 - Our company's focus will be on focusing on Growing our Business in new Markets with teamwork, Enhancing operational efficiency with cost savings & cost reduction.

    impACT is the name we are looking at that can be the best suited motivational/inspirational campaign Name for 2010 & the catch line on the above parameters.

    In 2009 we focused on cross functional team work & called it "Synergy" - Strengthening relationships, fostering business. Together we can, together we will.

    In 2008 we focused on faster responses to customers & called it "Velocity" - Redefining Direction, Maximizing speed.

    This is a Global telecom company with it's offices globally in 49 countries & 7 continents.

    Trust this will help.

    So we are still struggling to find out:-

    Exploring Boundaries (the right word to replace Exploring boundaries) , Working Smarter

    Hi David

    Thanks for those inputs well it rhymes perfect.

    However the first half has to be in relation to positive impact.

    E:g:- What or how an employees positive impact is going to make in the coming year to help business grow.
