Tagline For A Small Leisure, Nature And Golfestate

Posted by Anonymous on 100 Points
Hello, I am about to lanch a golf/leisure estate. This estate will be very green as it will comprise of only 20% building (villas, apartments....) and 80% will be nature (golf, trees, plants...). I am looking for a catchy tagline which will attract the young as well as the old. Please help me - I will really appreciate. Thanks. Severine

Be careful of greenwashing. If you're thinking that "green" (as in, environmental) will help sell the estate, realize that golf courses use a huge amount of water, require a large amount of fertilizer, etc.. Better to appeal to people who love to golf, so they can spend more time golfing and less going to the course. Or focus on people who like to look at large expanses of green grass. But to give you specific suggestions, please answer Phil's questions.

    Dear Phil and Jay
Thank you so much for taking the time to answer. The estate will actually comprise of 369 units to be sold and is located on an island in the Indian Ocean. The development is found 80 metres form the sea and will comprise of a clubhouse, tennis and squash courts, restaurant/bar, gym, library, swimming pool, small first aid medical facility. The units which we are selling will be villas, apartments and penthouses.
We are still working on a name.
    I hope this can help.
    Thanks
    Severine
